These terms cover ordering from livia. By placing an order you're agreeing to them — so the short list of what matters most.

1. eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from livia. By placing an order you confirm you meet that requirement and that you're shopping for personal use. If you're under 18, this isn't the shop for you yet.

2. orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is captured when you place the order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or inventory errors before shipping — if that happens, we'll email you and refund if you'd rather not proceed.

Free standard shipping over $59, $7.95 flat under, US only — see the shipping policy for the full detail on speed, discretion, and tracking.

4. returns and refunds

Intimate items are final sale once opened. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Defective items, we cover. Full terms in the refund policy.

5. product information

We do our best to show accurate product details — materials, dimensions, features — sourced from the manufacturer. Specifications and packaging can change without notice. If something arrives meaningfully different from what's described, treat it as defective (see point 4).

6. acceptable use

Don't use our site to scrape, attack, or impersonate. Don't resell our products as new without permission. Don't pretend to be someone you're not at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and refund in full.

7. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, livia's total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including, for the avoidance of doubt, anything that happens during use.

8. privacy

9. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute we can't sort out by email goes to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
