no. plain brown box, no logos, no product imagery, sender reads as "livia · online". your card statement reads LIVIA*ONLINE — never the product or category. full discreet shipping details.
returns
can i return it?
for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on items that have been opened or used — that's standard across the intimate-goods space. unopened items can come back within 30 days. defective items get replaced, full stop. how returns work →
payment
what can i pay with?
all major cards (visa, mc, amex, discover), apple pay, google pay, shop pay, and shop pay's pay-in-4 if you want to split it. checkout encrypts everything end-to-end.
is my data safe?
yes. we don't store card numbers ourselves — shopify's pci-compliant vault handles that. read the privacy policy for the long version.
products
are the materials body-safe?
every item on the site is hand-vetted for body-safe materials before we'd ship it. no phthalates, no jelly rubber, no mystery alloys. medical-grade silicone, abs, glass, stainless steel — that sort of inventory only.
how do i clean it?
warm water + a fragrance-free soap is the floor. for silicone, also a toy cleaner spray after every use. for glass and steel, a 70% iso wipe works too. never mix silicone toys with silicone lube — it degrades the surface.
