Every order leaves our US fulfillment center in a plain, unmarked box. No logos, no brand on the outside — just a courier label and your address. The invoice goes inside, the discretion stays outside.

where we ship

United States only, all 50 states. International is on the roadmap — for now, US-only keeps things simple and fast.

rates

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $59.
  • $7.95 flat under $59.

One rate, no surprises at checkout.

how fast

In-stock orders placed before 4pm ET Monday–Friday ship the same day. After 4pm, or on weekends and US public holidays, they ship the next business day.

  • USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • You'll get a tracking link by email — sent from us by name, no preview images, nothing about the contents in the subject line.

discretion

Plain box, courier label only — nothing on the outside hints at what's inside. Your card statement reads LIVIA*ONLINE. That's it.

lost or damaged

If a parcel goes missing or shows up dented, email sales@nnlgroup.co within 7 days of the tracking "delivered" date and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, our call, no interrogation.

tracking

Track from the link in your shipping email or sign into your account. If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, ping us — we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.
